How do I book an appointment?
You can contact us by text message, WeChat or email. Please include your dog's breed, approximate weight, coat condition and the service you are interested in. We will confirm availability and pricing with you directly.
Does submitting an inquiry confirm my appointment?
No. Your appointment is confirmed only after we reply and agree on the date, time, service and estimated price.
How is the final price determined?
Pricing may vary based on breed, size, coat condition, matting, temperament, grooming time and requested style. Please contact us for an exact quote.
How long does grooming take?
The time required depends on your dog's size, coat, behaviour and selected service. We will provide an estimated completion time when confirming your appointment.
Should my puppy start grooming early?
A gentle introduction to grooming can help puppies become familiar with bathing, brushing, nail care, dryers and handling. Contact us to discuss an age-appropriate first visit.
Do you accept dogs with matted coats?
Please tell us about matting before the appointment. Additional time and charges may apply. In some cases, a shorter haircut may be the safest and most comfortable option.
Do you groom nervous or difficult dogs?
